Our commitment starts where our furniture is made. Our solid teak furniture is proudly produced in our own American-owned and operated factory in Java, Indonesia.

- Quality Construction: Our furniture is built to last for many years. We rely on the natural quality of the teak resource, avoiding heavy industrial processes or harmful chemicals in manufacturing.
Sustainably Harvested Teak
We have a firm, non-negotiable commitment to sustainability, ensuring a continued supply of teak wood for future generations.
- Responsible Sourcing: Our teak originates from well-managed, responsibly harvested plantations on Java, Indonesia.
- Certified Legality: We adhere strictly to Indonesia’s national certification systems: Sustainable Forest Management (SFM/PHPL) and Verification of Timber Legality (TLAS/SVLK). These systems promote sustainability while ensuring all trade is legal and ethical.
- Carbon Footprint: When trees are harvested, new ones are planted in their place, ensuring the resource is perpetually renewed, with each new tree absorbing carbon dioxide as it grows.
Eco-Friendly Olefin Fabric Cushions
We choose Olefin fabric for our cushions because of its durability and compelling environmental advantages:
- Resource Upcycling: Olefin is derived from polypropylene, a byproduct of oil and ethylene production. By transforming this previously wasted resource into a durable textile, we significantly reduce its carbon footprint.
- Minimal Impact: Olefin production requires no land or water use, further minimizing its environmental strain compared to other textiles.
- Circular Economy: Olefin fiber is highly recyclable and can be re-extruded up to ten times without significant degradation, promoting a circular economy and reducing manufacturing waste.
