• Service Area: We ship to all 48 Contiguous United States.
• Delivery Type: All shipments are made via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight.

Delivery Details

To ensure the safety and efficiency of your freight delivery, all shipments are subject to the following requirements:

• Liftgate Service Included: The $395 flat rate includes liftgate service at the point of delivery. This means the carrier will have the necessary equipment to safely lower your heavy freight shipment from the truck to the ground.
• Delivery Scheduling: The freight carrier will call the contact number provided on the order to schedule a delivery appointment during standard business hours.

Shipping to Off-Shore Islands (Freight Forwarder Required)

Due to the complexity of island freight logistics, we require the use of a customer-designated freight forwarder on the mainland for off-shore destinations.

• Applicable Locations: This policy applies to islands such as Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, and Friday Harbor, as well as any other destination that requires a ferry or specialized off-continent transport.
• Freight Forwarder: We will ship your order to a mainland business address specified by you (e.g., a port city forwarder or consolidation center).
• Shipping Cost: The $395.00 flat rate covers the delivery of the goods from our warehouse to your specified mainland freight forwarder’s business address.
• Customer Responsibility: You are wholly responsible for coordinating and paying all costs (including the final leg of transport, ferry fees, customs, etc.) associated with moving the goods from the mainland freight forwarder to the final island destination.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii (Freight Forwarder Only)

We can facilitate delivery to the non-contiguous states of Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) under a similar freight forwarding arrangement.

• Required Address: Deliveries will be shipped to a freight forwarder on the mainland only (e.g., a consolidation port in California or Washington state).
• Shipping Cost: The $395.00 flat rate covers the delivery of the goods from our warehouse to your specified mainland freight forwarder’s business address.

Customer Responsibility: The customer must arrange and pay for all subsequent transportation, ocean freight, port charges, duties, and final delivery costs from the mainland freight forwarder to the final address in Alaska or Hawaii.
