Shipping Methods and Timelines

Most of our products are large and heavy, so delivery will generally be made by an LTL freight (trucking) company.

• Estimated Shipping Times: Shipping times provided in product descriptions are average estimates of when an order typically leaves our warehouse under normal conditions. These estimates can be affected by heightened seasonal trade or unforeseen global issues.
• Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may occasionally interfere with an estimated delivery schedule. We will make every effort to notify you via email as soon as we become aware of a potential delay or if an item is out of stock.
• Back Orders: All back orders remain open and will be shipped unless you expressly cancel the order via email.
• Special Dates: If you need an item for a specific date or important event, please contact us. We will endeavor to accommodate your request.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

We will advise you via email once your order has left our warehouse and provide the tracking/pro number.

Order Refusal and Cancellation Fees

If you refuse a shipment delivery by a commercial freight company for any reason other than documented, severe damage, it will be treated as an unauthorized return.

• Refusal Penalty: You will be charged all applicable shipping costs (both ways) and a restocking fee of up to 30% of the product value.
• Final Sale Items: All Cushions (including those sold with furniture) and Umbrellas are classified as custom orders and are not eligible for return or refusal under any circumstances.

Warranty, Product Accuracy & Terms

Limited Product Warranty

• Warranty Period: Our Teak furniture carries a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
• Exclusions: Clearance, sale, and/or discounted items are final sale and are not covered under the Natural Teak USA limited warranty.

We strive for accuracy but cannot warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on this site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
