Natural Teak Limited Warranty

This warranty covers Natural Teak Furniture teak outdoor furniture products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the original date of purchase.

What this warranty covers:

• • Wood Defects: This warranty covers defects in the teak wood itself, such as:
    • Rot: Rotting or decay of the teak wood due to inherent defects.
    • Splitting: Significant splitting or cracking of the wood beyond normal seasonal movement resulting in failure of the item.
    • Hardware Defects: This warranty covers defects in the hardware used in the construction of the furniture, such as:
    • Rust: Rusting of metal components beyond normal wear and tear.
    • Loose Joints: Loose or failing joints due to defective hardware.

• Workmanship Defects: This refers to issues that arise from errors or substandard quality in the construction process The furniture products and their components will remain free from significant problems caused by poor construction techniques.

What this warranty does not cover:

• • Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
    • Natural Graying: The natural graying of teak wood due to exposure to the elements.
    • Fading: Color fading due to sun exposure.
    • Minor Scratches and Dings: Minor surface scratches, dings, and dents resulting from normal use.
    • Seasonal Movement: Slight cracking or warping due to natural changes in temperature and humidity.
    • Mold and Mildew: Mold and mildew growth, which can be removed with appropriate cleaning methods.
    • Damage from Improper Care: Damage resulting from improper care, cleaning, or maintenance (e.g., using harsh chemicals, improper storage).
    • Damage from Accidents: Damage caused by accidents, such as impacts, fire, or extreme weather events.
    • Damage from Acts of God: Damage caused by acts of God, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, or floods.
    • Damage from Alterations: Damage resulting from modifications or alterations made to the furniture by anyone other than Natural Teak or its authorized representatives.
    • Prolonged Exposure to Damp: placed in direct contact with moisture, dirt or grass for extended periods.

Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim, please contact Natural Teak at sales@naturalteakfurniture.com. You must provide:

• Proof of Purchase: A copy/details of your original purchase receipt/order.
• Photographs: Clear and close-up photographs of the defective area(s).
• Description of the Defect: A detailed description of the defect and how it occurred.

Warranty Remedies:

If you find a defect in materials or workmanship within 6 months from the original date of purchase, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective components. Natural Teak is responsible for the replaced or repaired component(s) and any shipping costs associated with the replacement or repair. The customer is responsible for disassembling and reassembling the provided component(s). If repair or replacement is not feasible, Natural Teak  may offer a credit towards the purchase of a new piece of furniture.

All warranties are non-transferable and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In no event shall Natural Teak be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product
